Premier Advisory Consultants is the result of a 45 year long career study into the art and science of sales. 

Our founder, Mr. Jeff Pickle started this sales studies in the early 80's which evolved into a unique art of communication.  In the Army, Mr. Pickle was an Infantry Drill Sergeant and mastered the training and coaching skills necessary to produce the worlds’ most elite fighting units.  He brought these training and coaching skills into his sales management positions and trained countless winning teams in the art of communication and closing deals.

During the late 90’s, Mr. Pickle was introduced to the skill sets that are used in the billion dollar deals by high finance companies in Silicon Valley, LA, San Diego, NYC and Washington DC.  This highly effective skill set is very different than the skill sets we learned in the 80’s.  They concentrate on a different form of communication.  A skill set that, if used properly, can drive behavior and decision making to a completely new level.
